SGS Industrial Ceramic Application Alumina Ceramic Material Ceramic Tube
1.Description
Aluminum Oxide, Al2O3 and ZrO2 are the most widely applied and cost effective technical ceramic material. It offers a combination of superior mechanical strength and electrical properties, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The maximum working temperature is up to 1700 °C with relatively high thermal conductivity. It is also an electrically insulating material with a high electrical resistivity. The good corrosion resistance makes it insoluble in water and slightly soluble in strong acid and alkaline solution.
Alumina ceramic is kind of structural ceramics, with insulation resistance, voltage resistance, high strength, good thermal conductivity, dielectric loss, stable electrical performance characteristics. Used in electronic ceramic substrates, ceramic electrical insulation, vacuum devices, devices porcelain, spark plugs and other products. We can make the part by hot injection pressing, dry pressing, isostatic pressing and extrusion productive technology etc.
2.Specification:
*Good thermal conductivity
*Good strength and hardness
*Good resistance to wear and corrosion
*Temperature resistance up to 1800°C
