1. Product Introduction

Pizza stone is made of special formulation of the highest quality and food grade cordierite,it can stand temperature with excellent thermal stability which is much higher comparing to normal ceramic stone.This stone is durable for years,it would not crack under this temperature.This stone is great gift packaged with thick foam surrounding the stone.No need to worry about breakage in transit.

This product can be used in fire oven(maximum service temperature 800℃).This product use Cordierite raw material,The high temperature(refractoriness 1200℃) burn becomes. Main colour:white or Light yellow .Error in length:±2mm

A pizza stone is commonly referred to as a baking stone and it is a flat cooking surface used in a variety of baking purposes. The main use of a pizza stone is to distribute the heat evenly so that all surfaces are cooked properly, without having to alter or flip whatever you’re cooking. The other purpose is to extract the right amount of moisture so that your pizza is crispy and delicious every time.

For the pizza stone to work correctly, it has to be preheated in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes to an hour, or until it reaches the perfect temperature. This means that your oven will have to preheat for quite a while and you could see a bit of a spike in your electricity bill if you don’t have an outdoor pizza oven. It needs to be preheated so that it will absorb heat evenly and retain its temperature; this will ensure the entire surface will cook the underside of the dough evenly and thoroughly. It is also important to place the stone in a cold pizza oven, allowing it to warm as the oven warms. This will prevent potential cracking in the pizza stone.

How to use:
Fully preheat the stone before baking,we recommend at minimum 500℉.

  1. For home oven,it may take about 40-60 mins(depends on the performance of the oven).
  2. Placing the stone on bottom,middle or top rack is available.
  3. If using a grill,preheat to 500℉ takes about 30 mins.
  4. When the stone is hot enough to bake,dusts the pizza peel with cornmeal or other flour before putting the dough on it,and then transfer the pizza to the hot stone.
