Our Senior silicon carbide refractory kiln post can offer good heat stability, high mechanical strength at high temperature, excellent thermal stability and distortion resistance at high temperature. Silicon carbide kiln post can be used in daily ceramics widely, such as sanitary ceramic, daily ceramic, art ceramic, pottery ,porcelain tableware and so on.
Oxide bonded sic refractory material has the following features:
oxidating resistance: silicon carbide kiln shelves and ceramic pillar suits for the oxidating atmosphere,and the silicon carbide ceramic plate’s life is up to 500-1000times in the proper operation and sintering.
modulus of rupture and compressive strength resistance: silicon carbide kiln shelves and ceramic pillar can be used on one side for long time without bending.
cold and hot resistance without crack
bulk density and surface flatness without dregs falling.
Using temperature: silicon carbide ceramic plates can be used from 800°C-1550°C.
