1. Description
Cordierite infrared honeycomb ceramic burner plate has an important application in the field of gas heating for technical ceramics. To improve the efficiency of heat exchange, radiation gas heaters should give out very little convection heat, and the wave length of radiation has to be in the infrared range. The gas flows through many parallel holes to the largest possible surface area for complete combustion.
Our developed Cordierite material has good resistance against mechanical and thermal shock under normal operating condition.
The gas combustion is occurred inside the holes of the ceramic combustion plate; and the heat energy is radiated efficiently in the means of ultra-red rays. For the advantages of high combustion efficiency, well distributed heating and low exhaust gas emission, Ceramic Combustion Plate is proved to be an environmentally friendly heating technology, and it is the idea technology to replace the traditional gas combustion technology.
