1. Description

The product is made from high quality synthetic mullite,through high pressure molding and sintering.It makes Mullite as main phase,with features of good thermal shock resistance,high strength,no deformation, no shrinkage, no slag off,and other advantages.

It is widely used in high temperature furnace , like magnetic material and electronic ceramic and so on.

Mullite kiln tray is also known as mullite tray, mullite sagger and mullite sagger box.

The firing sagger support protection products is a special refractory kiln to continue to withstand the cold, thermal cycling, thermal shock kiln materials characterization is important for today's users saggar use higher and higher temperatures, requirements and longer service life, more and more high quality requirements, understand the whole situation, has not reached the ideal level.

The sagger is produced by the sequential steps of: blending, molding and sintering, wherein fused mullite, plate-shaped corundum, aluminum oxide micro powder, silicon micro powder, calcium aluminate cement and sodium hexametaphosphate are blended, the materials are molded by adopting a self-flowing pouring molding method, and after demoulding and drying, the materials are sintered at high temperature to produce the corundum-mullite sagger. The produced corundum-mullite sagger has the advantages of high temperature resistance, good thermal shock stability and long service life.
